About the company

Senmao Mold and Tool was originally founded in Hong Kong to supply the electronics and engineering industry with molds and tools. In 1999-2000 the company moved to Dongguan to take advantage of the economic climate there. It is a family run operation that has high personal and professional standards. Houjie Senmao Dongguan mold factory has always been customer orientated, and we specialize in quality assurance for this purpose, to ensure that products meet the most durable, high-quality levels, and the pursuit of overall customer satisfaction is our aim.

Doing business in China.

While language is undoubtedly a barrier in industry and trade, engineers share a common language in CAD drawings. By forwarding your CAD design and a description of the task you require we can quickly tell you if we can do the work or contract, or if we can’t, we may be able to suggest someone who can.

The factory is mainly engaged in the following precision mold and the semiconductor chip tantalum capacitor production equipment wearing parts:

1) Semiconductor dies including: cutting tendon forming machine tools, plastic mold parts, the core machine, wire machines, sorting machines and other automated equipment, parts and components used in semiconductor production.

2) Capacitor production equipment including: molding machine dies, cutting tools, spot welding, automatic measuring machines and other automated equipment parts and components production.

3) Precision parts including: thimble, small motors components, tungsten steel Chong Son, and cell phone button shrapnel fitting fixtures (DOME BOX), SMT connectors usable parts and mold parts and accessories.

Our factory has many years of industry experience. The staff have a consummate wealth of experience in mold design and process arrangements; and we have a complete range of plant machinery and equipment, with all kinds of mold processing equipment, such as: wire cutting, precision surface grinding machine, semi-automatic grinder and vertical milling machines; testing equipment, such as: 50 times projectors, microscopes, a high degree of instrument rules, and a rigorous quality assurance program.

Senmao Mold and Tool is looking forward to meeting all friends in person. However, our capacity to speak English has some limitations at times and unfortunately we don’t speak German. Therefore, the best form of contact is by email, and by assessing CAD drawings, a common engineering language.

Mold insert

Precision
Mold insert for a component used in automobile interiors. The external dimensions of the engraved section (honeycomb pattern) are 100 x 30 mm. The honeycombs are 1 mm deep. Note that the engraving extends for approx. 20 mm in a vertical direction. The engraving time was approx. 7.5 hours..
