本厂主要从事以下半导体精密模具及片式钽电容器生产设备易损件制作：

1) 半导体模具包括：切筋成形机刀具、塑封模配件、上芯机、焊线机、分选机等自动设备零组件制作。

2)电容器生产设备包括：成型机模具、切断刀具、点焊机、 自动测量机等自动设备零组件制作。

3) 精密配件包括：顶针、小型马达冲刀、钨钢冲子和手机按键弹片贴合治具(DOME BOX)、SMT易损件及接插件模具零配件等。

本厂拥有多年行业丰富经验，员工拥有精湛丰富的模具设计经验和工艺安排；且厂内机器设备配套完善，拥有各种模具加工设备,如:线切割、
